The crew on Tom Cat Charters (owner Dave Thomson and skipper Dave Palermo) have a combined offshore and bay knowledge of over 80years, so you will be fishing with the best! Experience some of the best LOCAL eating fish, like Pearl perch, Parrot fish and Snapper or really earn your meal and put up a fight with one of the most delicious fish in the ocean Mahi Mahi, also known as Dolphin fish. Tom Cat run day charters from dawn to dusk (5.30am - 3:30pm, with everything catered for and supplied.) Night charters around the moon are always exciting and a great experience (4:30pm - 2am).
For a true bay experience take advantage of some of the lovely getaways on Stradbroke Island by coordinating your offshore fishing trip with a weekend away. We'll pick you up at the jetty, drop you off at the end of the trip and cook the catch of the day on the camp fire or resort BBQ. Tom Cat Charters cater for corporate and client days, staff break ups, social clubs, bucks parties, film groups, fishing challenges etc. Tom Cat has been operating for over 10 years.
